Rain Tan is the Vice President for People at Optum, part of the UnitedHealth Group, where they lead the People Team across the Philippines, Puerto Rico, and Colombia. Passionate about human capital, Rain focuses on talent development, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement. Prior to their current role, Rain served as Vice President for People Solutions at Concentrix and held various leadership positions at Convergys, including Vice President of Business Development and Operations Deployment. Rain's career began in operations management at eTelecare Global Solutions and HSBC. They earned their degree from De La Salle University from 1993 to 1997.
