Richie Matteson

Richie Matteson, CPA, currently serves as CFO for Optum Behavioral Care, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Richie was the Chief Financial Officer at Refresh Mental Health from February 2021 to September 2024 and held the title of SVP of Finance at AbleTo Inc. from June 2023 to September 2024. Richie's career began at RSM US LLP, where a progression from Audit Intern to Manager occurred between 2014 and 2021. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of North Florida.
