Robyn Lippert

Robyn Lippert currently serves in the Strategy and Transformation role within the People Team at Optum, starting August 2025. Lippert has been a Board Member at Bridge4Students since May 2022, contributing to a volunteer non-profit focused on supporting U.S. students. Previous experience includes serving as Head of Strategy for Talent Management and Transformation at UnitedHealth Group from December 2023 to August 2025 and Chief Strategy & External Affairs at Jory Capital from September 2022 to November 2023. Lippert also held key roles at Optum, including Chief Administrative Officer for Optum Financial from March 2021 to April 2022. Other notable positions include Chief of Staff to the CEO at UnitedHealth Group from May 2009 to March 2021, where significant strategic initiatives were led, and various leadership roles at The Glover Park Group and Fannie Mae. Education includes attendance at the University of Vermont and McGill University.
