Sandi Howard, MHA, is the Director of Medicaid Provider Engagement at UnitedHealth Group/Optum, where they manage Medicaid Nursing Facility markets across all LTC States. Previously, Sandi held various roles, including Provider Relations Manager at UnitedHealth Group and Regional Field Accountant at SWLTC. Sandi earned a Bachelor's degree and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration with a specialization in Leadership from Capella University, followed by a Master’s degree in the same field.
