Scott Morris, MBA, served as the Senior Director of Growth for the West Region at Optum from 2023 to 2025, focusing on broker, provider, and carrier relations in a value-based care environment. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Optum, including Associate Director of Business Development and Director of MA Growth in the Mountain West. Scott's experience also includes working as a Network Services Representative at Health Choice Utah, where they facilitated market growth for Medicaid expansion, and an Implementation Manager at Extend Health, where they trained new employees and led a team during high-demand seasons. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Weber State University and an MBA from Western Governors University.
