Shaila Silverio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare leadership and strategy execution. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Alignment & Execution at Optum, Shaila effectively contributes to the business vision and manages critical initiatives across executive teams. Previous roles include Senior Director of Clinical Programs at HealthMine Inc., where Shaila led clinical strategy and managed health actions, and Director of Strategic Initiatives at UnitedHealth Group, overseeing operations excellence and HEDIS® compliance. With a foundational background in rehabilitation services, Shaila has successfully developed and managed various programs that enhance patient care and operational efficiency, coupled with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina.
