Stephanie Perera is currently a Director at UnitedHealth Group, having most recently served as the Director of Clinical Quality & Performance at Optum. With a background as a registered nurse and a diverse career in healthcare management, Perera has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Behavioral Health and Associate Director of Behavioral Health Utilization Management. They earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida and hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the same institution.
