Stephen Morgan

Stephen Morgan is a Deputy General Counsel at Optum, where they lead a large team and oversee the completion of thousands of commercial contracts annually. With 20 years of legal experience, they specialize in team leadership, strategy, and operational efficiency, providing legal and risk management guidance across various business groups. Stephen’s previous roles include Interim President and General Counsel at Cord Blood America, as well as positions at Shaub & Williams LLP and Freund & Brackey LLP. They are currently pursuing a BS degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and a JD from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
