Steve Olin

Steve Olin serves as the Chief Product Officer for Whole Health Solutions at Optum, a position held since November 2025. Previously, Steve was the President of RVO Health, and held roles at UnitedHealth Group, including Senior Vice President of Consumer Transformation and Managing Director at UnitedHealth Group Ventures. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Product Officer and Senior Vice President at Rally Health, Chief Executive Officer at Real Appeal, and various executive positions at Optum. Steve began a career in product and business development as a founding partner at MilePoint. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
