Suzanne Rogers

Suzanne Rogers is a seasoned human capital and total rewards professional with extensive experience in leading HR strategies and initiatives. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Capital at Optum since May 2022, Rogers collaborates with market presidents to create and implement people-centric strategies that enhance employee engagement and drive cost savings.
