Tiffany Steen

Tiffany Steen is a healthcare product innovator currently serving as the VP of Optum Insight Product Strategy & Innovation. With previous roles including GM of Optum Medical Network and Director of Innovation at Optum Health, Tiffany has extensive experience in advancing healthcare solutions. Prior to her tenure at Optum, Tiffany worked at UnitedHealthcare in various operational and financial leadership positions and served as an Executive Team Lead at Target. Tiffany is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Bethel University.
