Tim Bullock

Tim Bullock is a collaborative and analytical problem solver, currently serving as a Senior Proposal Manager at Optum, where they support new business sales efforts and manage proposal development activities. With a background that includes extensive experience in project and contract management at IBM and military service in the US Army, Tim has demonstrated expertise in vendor relationship building, risk management, and process optimization. Tim is pursuing an Associate of Arts degree at Normandale Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing at St. Cloud State University, as well as a Project Management Professional Certification.
