Traci Black has extensive experience in pharmacy benefits management, beginning as a Pharmacy Benefits Specialist at SummaCare from October 2014 to March 2017, where responsibilities included implementing and auditing prescription benefits and ensuring compliance with Medicare Part D guidelines. Traci progressed to roles as Pharmacy Operations Manager and Client Liaison and Customer Service Call Center Supervisor, focusing on pharmacy benefit updates and fostering customer relations. Since June 2019, Traci has held various positions at OptumRx, including Senior Implementation Project Manager and Government Programs Advisor, and currently works at Optum as a Proposal Development Consultant and Health Insurance Exchange Program Manager.
