Trisha Bracken

Trisha Bracken is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Recruiter for EMEA at Optum since September 2025, Trisha has previously worked as a Search Consultant at HRM Search Partners and held the position of Senior Executive Search Recruiter at Claddagh Resources. Trisha's tenure in recruitment began at Claddagh Resources in 2006, where significant expertise was gained as a Senior Executive Search Consultant, and further developed as a Senior Recruiter at Niche Specialist Staffing Partners. Prior to recruitment roles, Trisha managed the HR function for SuperValu and Centra Store, overseeing a team of 100 staff. Trisha's educational background includes a BA in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland and a Higher National Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management from the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
