Virginia Steelman

Virginia Steelman is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in operations management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Optum since September 2024, Virginia oversees behavioral care operations across 13 states, focusing on delivering mental health services through both physical locations and telehealth. Concurrently, Virginia holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Refresh Mental Health, having begun in March 2023. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure as Division Director at BAYADA Home Health Care from January 1999 to April 2023 and earlier as a Nurse at Rowan Regional Medical Center from June 1996 to March 1999.
