Vlad M. Palchuk, CISM, is a seasoned professional in enterprise information security, specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM). Currently serving as Vice President at Optum, Vlad has progressed through various leadership roles in IAM, including Senior Director and Director. Prior experience includes positions at UnitedHealth Group, where Vlad held the role of Senior Manager and Manager in IT Security. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Information Technology Analyst at the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board and as a Counter Intelligence Agent at Geek Squad. Vlad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the University of St. Thomas and an Associate of Arts in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from North Hennepin Community College.
