Zack Beasley is the Deputy General Counsel for Litigation at Optum, a position held since 2023. Previously, Zack served as Chief Counsel for Litigation & Investigations at Change Healthcare and was a Securities Enforcement & Litigation Counsel at WilmerHale from 2009 to 2019. Early in their career, Zack completed a judicial clerkship for Judge Leslie Southwick at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in 2008-2009. Zack earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Doctor of Law from The University of Texas School of Law.
