Zahra Kachmar

Zahra Kachmar has extensive experience in health operations and project management, primarily at Optum from June 2020 to June 2023, where roles included Senior Director and Director of Group Operations, as well as Senior Site Administrator and Operations Intern. Prior to Optum, Zahra worked at Kaiser Permanente from August 2014 to December 2018, serving as an Executive Consultant/Project Manager focused on enhancing the patient experience and as a Strategy Consulting Intern in the Health Information Technology Transformation and Analytics department. Additionally, Zahra was a Consultant at Deloitte from February 2015 to September 2017, concentrating on various aspects of strategy and operations. Zahra holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from UCLA, earned between January 2019 and December 2021, and has an academic background from the University of California, Berkeley.
