Izzy Finney is currently the Associate Director of Marketing at OptumUK, a position held since 2025. Prior to this, Izzy worked at EMIS in various roles, including Strategic Digital & Design Manager and Campaign Manager, throughout 2022. Izzy also gained experience as an HR Resourcing Undergraduate at Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) from 2017 to 2018. Educated at Leeds Beckett University, Izzy earned a First-Class BA (Hons) in Business & Human Resource Management from 2015 to 2019 and is currently pursuing a Level 5 CIPD qualification.
