Russell T. currently serves as the Data Centre Team Lead at OptumUK, a position held since March 2025 following the acquisition of EMIS Health, where Russell held the same title from March 2022. Prior to this, Russell accumulated extensive experience at Lloyds Banking Group from August 2014 to March 2022 as a Data Centre Operations Shift Leader, responsible for the day-to-day operations of data centres and leading various operational tasks.
