Jamel Roberts

Jamel Roberts is an experienced professional currently serving as Vice President, Head of Investor Relations and Strategic Partnerships at Optus Bank since April 2024. In this role, Jamel leads the strategy for growing mission-aligned capital and fosters relationships with large investors and institutional partners. Prior to this position, Jamel managed investor relations and business development for the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance, achieving significant revenue growth and engaging over 200 companies. Jamel also held the position of Spine Specialist at Globus Medical, contributing to sales across multiple hospitals and serving as a subject matter expert on surgical devices. Additional experience includes strategic sales roles at Chain Solutions Limited and specialized training in medical device sales from Medical Sales College. Jamel holds a degree in Financial Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Presbyterian College.
