Lijaz Palakkandy

Lijaz Palakkandy is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in cloud infrastructure services, DevOps, and cybersecurity. Currently serving as Director of IT- Cloud & DevOps at Optym, Lijaz oversees global teams managing production workloads for SaaS products in the logistics and transportation sectors. Prior to this role, Lijaz was Associate Director of Software Engineering at Kyndryl, leading global operations for a multicloud management platform. Previous positions include Associate Executive Manager at Hexagon Capability Center India, Cloud Delivery Manager at Unisys, and Program Manager at Netenrich, Inc. Lijaz holds an MBA in IT & Systems from ICFAI and completed a General Management Programme at the Indian School of Business, focusing on leadership and business strategy.
