Vaibhavi Kalantri🦋

Vaibhavi Kalantri has a diverse work experience in various roles related to UX/UI design and web development. Vaibhavi currently works as an Associate UX/UI Designer at Optym, where they lead design projects and collaborates with research and content teams, executives, and stakeholders. Prior to that, they worked as a UX/UI Designer at WebOasis, where they evaluated branding and products, implemented UX strategies, and analyzed data statistics for client projects. Vaibhavi also gained experience as a UX/UI Designer at Techkriti, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, where they conducted research, created style guidelines, and designed interfaces. Additionally, they worked as a Frontend Web Developer at CODELANCER™ INCORPORATION and as a Web Developer at ACM Student Chapter, IIT (ISM) Dhanbad. Vaibhavi also held a role as a Board Member at Tata Consultancy Services and interned as a Frontend Web Developer at Techintern. Lastly, they worked as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Techfest, IIT Bombay.

Vaibhavi Kalantri obtained a Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) degree in Computer Science from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, they earned a certificate in full stack web development from freeCodeCamp during the same period.

Furthermore, they have pursued various additional certifications. In August 2022, they completed 1 Mentorship Session, 10 Mentorship Sessions, 100 Mentorship Minutes, and 500 Mentorship Minutes through adplist.org. Vaibhavi also participated in the Transitioning to XR UX Design course offered by Ninja Robot Studio LLC in August 2022.

In September 2021, they were an AT&T Summer Learning Academy Extern. Vaibhavi obtained the Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator and Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certifications from IBM in May 2021. Additionally, they completed courses in Network Troubleshooting and Tools, as well as Networking Fundamentals for Security Practitioners through Cybrary in May 2021.

Furthermore, they participated in a LinkedIn 5 Days Workshop offered by Sisinty.com in April 2021. Vaibhavi also completed the RITx THINK501x Design Thinking Fundamentals course through edX in April 2021. In January 2021, they finished the Extended Reality for Everybody Specialization through Coursera.

Lastly, in December 2020, they obtained the certification "A Career Strategist's Guide to Getting a Job" from LinkedIn.
