Cristina Gulchin

Cristina Gulchin is a business technology consultant at Optymyze. Cristina was previously a team manager at Accenture, where they were responsible for the daily operational delivery and support to HP Inc’s Channel Partners (Distribution). The team’s scope is to offer front line support to the HP partners on all Financial Claims related Topics: Partner claims set-up, backlog accountability, financial and revenue management, system issues and escalation management and resolution.

Gulchin has extensive experience in managing teams, delivering excellent business results, and ensuring best in class partner satisfaction scores. Cristina is also well-versed in cost reduction and planning, stakeholder interaction, work rebalancing, and coordinating operational activity to meet agreed KPI results.

Throughout their career, Gulchin has been actively involved in various transformation projects. Cristina is regularly involved in presentations to stakeholders and management, and is responsible for handling business excellence metrics.

Cristina Gulchin has a Master's degree in International Affairs Management from DIMITRIE CANTEMIR UNIVERSITY and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
