Gina Dinu

Gina Dinu is currently the Professional Services Manager at Optymyze. Prior to that, they worked as the Incentive Compensation Manager at Oracle from August 2007 to January 2016. There, they were responsible for people management and development, process standardization and improvements, quality improvement, productivity improvement, payments audit and controls, and customer relationship and communication. Before working at Oracle, Gina was an Audit Assistant at KPMG Romania from September 2006 to August 2007 where they participated in audits conducted by the Financial Services department, did control tests and audit specific analysis, checked and confirmed that the client's cash records were in accordance with the bank's records, checked the existence of client’s fixed assets as per the accounts records, and attended a stock-take to observe the client's methods of recording stock and test-counting a sample of the stock items.

Gina Dinu has a CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Gina also has a degree in Management in Finance and Stock Market from the Academia de Studii Economice din București. Gina is currently pursuing their PhD in Economics at the Faculty of Finance, Insurance, Banks and Stock Market at the Academia de Studii Economice din București.
