Katie Welsh

Katie Welsh has a diverse work experience in the event management field. Katie started their career as a Special Events Intern at the Women's Sports Foundation in 1999. Katie later joined Opus Agency and held various roles including Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Director of Event Operations, and Director of Client Financial Management. In their roles, Katie managed event budgets, implemented training programs, and led teams. Katie also played a key role in pricing strategies and implementing software tools for financial management. Katie has extensive experience in managing budgets, coordinating logistics, and planning events.

Katie Welsh earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing and HR from the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1996 to 1999.
