Prior to that, they were a Cofounder at Mooyoung SmartTech, where they focused on tech solutions for indoor agriculture facilities. Jay also has experience working at renowned companies like Airbnb, where they served as an Engineering Manager and Software Engineer, and LinkedIn, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer. Jay started their career as an ASIC Verification Intern at NVIDIA and worked as a Symmetrix Engineering Co-op at EMC Computer Systems, where they designed and implemented monitoring software for Storage Areas Networks. Jay has a strong background in software engineering and has worked on projects related to data infrastructure, streaming platforms, and anti-fraud systems.

Jay W. attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer Science.
