Richa Mishra

Richa Mishra has work experience starting from 2010. Richa first worked as an Intern at CMC LTD from February 2010 to May 2010. Richa then joined TECHNIA as a Consultant in November 2012 and worked there until May 2019. At TECHNIA, they analyzed issues and bugs in the existing product reported by customers, performed functionality testing, and maintained the lifecycle of bugs on a Kanban board. Currently, they are working at Opus Consulting Solutions as a Lead Java Developer, starting from May 2019. In this role, they write code using TDD as per business requirements using SpringBoot and works with DevOps technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, HelmCharts, and Jenkins. Richa also coordinates with the onsite team and client.

Richa Mishra completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from Sri Satya Sai College of MCA in Sehore, from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Govt P G College, from 2003 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Richa Mishra has obtained several certifications. Richa obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in February 2020. Richa also earned the ISTQB-CTFL-AT certification from GASQ in August 2018, as well as the ISTQB-Foundation Level certification from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in February 2018.

Richa has also acquired three Oracle certifications: Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 7 Programmer in January 2015, Oracle Certified Professional, Java EE 5 Web Component Developer in July 2012, and Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer in December 2011.

Richa holds the Mulesoft Certified Developer certification from MuleSoft, obtained in December 2020. Lastly, Richa Mishra is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certified by Scrum Alliance, earned in March 2020.
