Rohit Patil has worked in various roles related to recruitment and talent acquisition. In 2015, they worked as an HR - Talent Management in People Tech Group Inc. From 2016 to 2017, they served as an HR Executive at Survik Software Private Limited. In 2017, Rohit worked as a Technical Recruiter at Synechron. From 2018 to 2021, they held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Charter Global, where they played an instrumental role in developing relationships with clients and influencing senior management.
