Janelle Hall

Janelle Hall is a Customer Success Manager and Project Manager at Opus EHR since March 2023. Prior to that, Janelle worked at Humana from May 2019 to March 2023 as a Business System Analyst and IT Solutions Engineering Intern. At Pearson from December 2017 to November 2018, Janelle served as a Campus Ambassador, providing technology support and delivering educational presentations. Janelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from the University of Louisville and also studied at Anglo-American University in Prague.
