Sameer Baig

Sameer Baig is currently the Assistant Vice President of Risk and Quality Assurance at OPUS Fund Services, having previously held roles at Morgan Stanley as an Associate Director and at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Supervisor and Fund Accounting Manager. With 16 years of experience in hedge funds, mutual funds, and other investment vehicles, Sameer specializes in fund accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Sameer has collaborated closely with fund managers, auditors, and client-facing teams throughout their career. Sameer holds a Professional Diploma in Applied Alternative Investments from The Institute of Banking and is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting at Bhavans College, having previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
