Robert started their career as a Technician at Joe Madden Ford in 1991 and later worked at Fair Oaks Ford as a Journeyman Technician, specializing in Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury automobiles. During this time, they also completed multiple training courses to enhance their skills. In 1997, Robert became the Managing Director at PRO-TEC Auto Repair, where they successfully increased revenues by over 20% and trained a team of professionals. Robert then joined CarMax as a Master Technician, handling diagnostic and repair tasks for various vehicle makes and models. Additionally, they managed the shop and service drive as needed. In 2012, Robert worked as a Journeyman Auto Tech at Car Outlet before joining Applus Technologies in 2013 as the Illinois Program Repair Industry Outreach Coordinator.
