Antonius Hasoloan

Antonius Hasoloan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Antonius began their career in 2002 as a software and telco consultant, working through various engineering consulting companies until 2006. Antonius then joined OPUS IT Services Pte Ltd as a Senior Application Developer from August 2006 to December 2012. In January 2013, Antonius took on the role of IT Application Consultant and Lead, Software Project Management at the same company until June 2016.

Antonius's next position was at SPH Magazines Pte Ltd as a Technology Project Lead from July 2016 to February 2017. Here, they worked on managing prominent public-facing magazine websites, such as Herworld and Harpers, and handled project release and change management for digital magazines.

From March 2017, Antonius joined OPUS IT Services Pte Ltd again, this time as a Project Manager. In this role, they spearheaded the company's overseas office in Indonesia, focusing on digital marketing and software application technology. Antonius was responsible for a range of tasks, including corporate digital presence, digital marketing, human resource management, and managing the revamping of recruitment and applicant tracking website. Antonius also had experience in project management methodologies such as Agile-Scrum and utilized various digital tools and technologies.

Most recently, Antonius joined Recruitment Hub Asia Pte. Ltd. as a Consultant in September 2020.

Antonius Hasoloan has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Telecommunication and Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Indonesia.

In addition to their formal education, Antonius Hasoloan has obtained various certifications throughout their career. This includes certifications in Digital Transformation from LinkedIn, RPA Developer - UiPath Orchestrator and RPA Developer Foundation Training from UiPath, and Robotic Process Automation from Udemy.
