John Leow Heng yi

John Leow Heng yi has a diverse work experience that spans several roles in different companies. John Leow started their career in 2015 as a Grocery Packer at GIANT HYPERMARKET, where they were responsible for store housekeeping, packing fruits and vegetables, and assisting customers. In 2019, they briefly worked as a Sales Promoter at Marigold Pte Ltd.

In 2019, John joined Rayton Solutions as a PC Technician, where they gained experience in setting up new PCs, data migration, troubleshooting, and working with confidential government data. John Leow then moved on to work at the Singapore Police Force in 2020, initially as a TSC trainee and later as a Staff Assistant in the ERT department.

In 2022, John took up a temporary role as a Desktop Engineer at Goldtech Resources Pte Ltd, where they provided technical support for end users, managed IT assets, and liaised with vendors and end users for IT purchases and repairs. John Leow then joined Alphaeus Pte Ltd as a Desktop Engineer in the NCS department.

Currently, John is working at OPUS IT Services Pte Ltd as a Device Engineer for the Learnet project at Changi Naval Base. Their responsibilities include asset management of EUCD devices, Learnnet training and orientation for new users, helpdesk duties, device cloning and PC configuration, as well as other ad hoc tasks assigned by the coordinator or team lead.
