Vincent Poon

Vincent Poon has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Vincent started their career in 1999 at OPUS IT Services Pte Ltd as the Manager of Resource Development, where they doubled the business and managed over 100 staff members. Vincent then moved on to become the Manager of Service Centre and Field Services at the same company, overseeing operations and achieving ISO-9002 certification.

In 2004, Vincent joined IBM as a Service Delivery Manager, managing outsourced End-User Support and Infrastructure Support operations for a client with over 10,000 seats. Vincent led various projects and was responsible for service transition, incident and problem management, and client engagement.

Vincent returned to OPUS IT Services Pte Ltd in 2006 and held the role of Service Delivery Manager and later Senior Manager of Managed Services. Vincent led the Service Delivery team and was responsible for the overall management of the division, including developing new service offerings and collaborating with sales and engagement teams to grow the business pipelines.

In 2008, Vincent worked at Credit Suisse as an Assistant Vice President before returning to OPUS IT Services Pte Ltd in 2009 as the Vice President of Enterprise Delivery and Integration Operations. In this role, they were responsible for the overall services delivery operations and strategic partnerships with key suppliers and partners.

Throughout their career, Vincent has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project management, service delivery, and team leadership.

Vincent Poon completed a Bachelor of Computing in Business Systems from Monash University between 1998 and 2003. Prior to that, they attended Ngee Ann Polytechnic from 1991 to 1994 and obtained a Diploma in Electronics and Computer Engineering.
