Debra Doyle

Debra Doyle began their work experience as a Benefits Specialist/Personnel Assistant at Industrial Metal Products in 1985. Debra then moved on to become a Regional Human Resources Manager at Michigan Packaging in 1993, holding this position until 2009. From 2009 to 2010, they served as a Human Resources Manager at RockTenn, and then transitioned to the role of Human Resources Manager at Gestamp Mason, LLC from 2010 to 2012. Currently, they are the Chief Human Resources Officer at Opus Packaging, a position they have held since 2012.

Debra Doyle holds a BBA degree in Business Administration from Northwood University. Debra pursued further education by obtaining a Master of Human Resources and Labor Relations degree from Michigan State University. Additionally, they have also obtained the Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR) Certification from SHRM.
