Kristen Sanders

Kristen Sanders is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as the Head of the East Midlands Region at Opus People Solutions Ltd since June 2021, Kristen previously held the role of Operations Manager. Prior to this, Kristen worked at Guidant Global as a Client Services Manager from March 2019 to June 2021. Kristen's foundational experience includes over 12 years at Luton Borough Council, where roles included Recruitment Team Leader, HR Services Team Leader, and Recruitment Project Officer. Kristen's educational background includes a Master of Science in HR Management (CIPD) from the University of Bedfordshire and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution.
