Amy Golding

Amy Golding is the CEO of Opus Recruitment Solutions and a successful entrepreneur with over 10 years experience in the recruitment industry.

Golding started their career in recruitment in 2008 when they launched Opus Talent Solutions, a multiple award winning end-to-end talent consultancy and recruitment firm. The company was a success and grew to £17 million revenue and 130 employees by Golding's third year.

In 2014, Golding raised over £4 million to launch Recruitment Entrepreneur, a venture capital platform that invests exclusively in start up businesses focused on the recruitment and talent sector. The company successfully built a portfolio of 13 niche recruitment companies.

In their current role as CEO of Opus Recruitment Solutions, Golding is focused on continuing to grow the company and provide the best possible service to their clients.

Amy Golding graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Master of Arts in English Literature. Prior to that, they attended Eltham College where they completed their A-Levels.
