David Lamont

Account Director at Opus

David Lamont has a wealth of experience in operations and customer success. David began their career in 2010, founding MatchRecruits as a recruiter and editor. In 2013, they took on the role of Event Coordinator at Malbec and Tango House. David then moved on to Handy HQ in 2014, where they served as an Operations Associate and Pay Specialist. In 2016, they joined Lyft as an Operations Associate and subsequently held the roles of Senior Operations Associate and Operations Lead. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Opus Training as an Associate Director of Customer Operations, Customer Success Manager, and New Business.

David Lamont received a Bachelor of Arts in Buddhist Studies from Carleton College.
