Charlotte Roche

Charlotte Roche serves as the Financial Director at Opus Technology since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in finance leadership. Previously, Charlotte held the position of SVP Group Finance at Ikon Science from June 2008 to January 2023, where responsibilities included driving revenue growth and territorial expansion in the oil and gas software sector, as well as leading a finance team and implementing process efficiencies that supported a successful business sale to a private equity firm in 2018. Prior roles include Financial Controller at ESPN Classic Sport Ltd, where Charlotte enhanced financial functions and supported decision-making, and Assistant Manager in Corporation Tax at Deloitte. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics & Finance from Loughborough University, completed in 2000.
