Chang Fan began working as a General Manager's assistant at Tianjin Aide Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd from September 2012 to June 2013. In March 2016, Chang Fan joined Opzoon Technology Co., Ltd as a Project Director and is still in that position.

Chang Fan completed a Bachelor's degree in International Finance from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics Pearl River College, from 2008 to 2012. chang later pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Financial Risk Management from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom, from 2013 to 2015.
