Prior to this role, David spent four years at Santos Ltd as SVP Production Operations & Supply Chain, achieving record cash flow and production while ensuring effective integration of ConocoPhillips assets. David's previous positions at Shell included leadership roles such as Vice President of Prelude FLNG, where David managed the world's first floating LNG facility, and various operational roles across multiple locations, showcasing expertise in production, supply chain, and safety performance. David holds an MBA from Stanford University, an International Directors Program certification from INSEAD, and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.
