Caroline L.

Caroline L. currently serves as the Group Manager for Talent Acquisition & Development at OQEMA Group since January 2023. Additionally, Caroline holds a lectureship in Psychology & Management and mentors in Project Management at Hochschule Fresenius University of Applied Sciences since March 2018. Previous experience includes the role of People and Culture Manager at prodot - Software für Marktführer from July 2021 to December 2022, and as a Learning & Development Specialist at BNP Paribas from May 2017 to June 2021. Caroline started their career as a Junior Trainer at Zalando between January 2016 and April 2017. Caroline earned a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Competence-Coaching from Steinbeis Hochschule in 2019, and both a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology from Hochschule Fresenius, completed in 2015 and 2013, respectively.
