Jennifer Lindner is an experienced professional in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as Team Leader of Recruiting & Development at OQEMA Group since July 2017. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions, including HR Specialist, Recruitment Specialist, and HR Professional within the same organization. Jennifer's career began at Croda, where the role of Managing Director's Assistant & Sales Coordinator was undertaken from August 2009 to June 2017. Jennifer Lindner holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration obtained from Hochschule Niederrhein between 2011 and 2016 and a qualification as a Kauffrau im Groß- und Außenhandel from Rhein-Maas-Berufskolleg des Kreises Viersen, completed in 2011.
