Roy Sterenthal has extensive experience in software development and management roles. Roy is currently the VP of Software at Oqton, Inc since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at 3D Systems Corporation as the VP Engineering from February 2015 to October 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing research, development, and quality assurance processes for design and manufacturing software product lines. Before that, they held the position of VP R&D at Cimatron from November 2004 to February 2015. At Cimatron, they established new development and QA processes and led the development of new solutions for additional vertical markets. Roy also served as the Director of Software Development at Savantis from July 2003 to June 2004, where they developed an application switching solution for database servers. Prior to that, they were the VP R&D at Excedo Technologies from November 2001 to May 2003, where they developed a just-in-time analytic application for manufacturing companies. Roy also worked as a Development Manager at ModusNovo from November 1999 to November 2001, focusing on solutions for the ASP market. At the beginning of their career, they served as a Team/Project Leader at Amdocs from April 1993 to November 1999.
Roy Sterenthal attended Tel Aviv University from 1992 to 1995, where they studied computer science and economics. Roy then returned to the same university from 1998 to 2001 and obtained an MBA in science management.
