Matthew later transitioned to Oracle RMS Insurance Risk Management Services Inc. as a Sales Associate and Technical Service Representative, where Matthew uploads policies, provides billing support, and trains new employees. Matthew holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from Humber College.
