Allan McMorland

Allan McMorland is a Senior Director of HCM Product Management for EMEA at Oracle, where they oversee the HCM localisations as part of the product management team. Previously, they held various HR roles at BT and Grand Metropolitan, beginning their career on the production line before transitioning to HR operations. Allan also served as a Senior Manager in HCM Strategy at Oracle and has extensive experience in compliance and legislative analysis for HCM products across multiple countries. They earned a BA Hons in Organisational Analysis and Industrial Relations from The University of Salford between 1980 and 1983.
