Ben Martella

Ben Martella is currently a Sales Director at Oracle, where they lead a team focused on developing global cloud-first partnerships within the Strategic Accounts segment. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, including Managing Director at Tequa Productions and Co-Founder, President, and COO at Efficient Learning Systems, Inc., Ben has built a reputation for fostering collaborative business models that enhance agility and performance. They hold a Master’s Degree from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola Marymount University, and recently completed a program in Mastering Negotiation and Influence at MIT Sloan Executive Education.
