Bets Silkaitis

Bets Silkaitis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and product management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Cloud Cost Reduction at Oracle, Bets previously held the role of Senior Director of Operational Excellence at Convoy Inc, where a programmatic approach to operational scaling was established. During tenure at Amazon, significant contributions included leading central operations and supply chain teams and managing product roadmaps for physical stores. Bets has also held roles at The Home Depot, Avon, Dana Corporation, Kimberly-Clark, and Hamilton Sundstrand, showcasing a strong background in quality management, supply chain engineering, and continuous improvement. Bets holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Lincoln Memorial University.
