Charles Homs

Charles Homs is an experienced professional in competitive intelligence and enterprise applications with a strong background in technology and business development. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Competitive Strategies at Oracle since April 2004, Charles leads the Oracle Competitive Intelligence team and specializes in tracking SAP's strategies and providing insights for the Oracle sales community. Prior to this role, Charles held positions at Forrester Research, Oracle, Dun & Bradstreet Software Europe, and Siemens Limited South Africa, accumulating valuable experience in areas such as ERP, CRM, and multinational account management. Charles holds degrees from the University of South Africa and Université Paris-Sorbonne.
